Course Description: Learn how to craft an adjustable Vintage French-Style Tutu. The rows are alternated in the way each is attached, then a removable basque is added. This allows the use of different color and style basques. A new twist to traditional techniques!

Prerequisites: Any Level Two classical-style tutu, or email detailed pictures of your work and a note detailing your experience to [email protected] to demonstrate proficiency.
