Directions: Take the following dose with water or hot water before meals:

• Adults (15+): 1 packet (1.875g), 2 times daily

• Ages 7–14: 2/3 packet, 2 times daily

• Ages 4–6: 1/2 packet, 2 times daily

• Ages 2–3: 1/3 packet, 2 times daily

• Under 2 years: Do not use
  Children should take the medicine under adult supervision.

Precautions

• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are under treatment, pregnant, elderly, physically weak, or have digestive issues, high blood pressure, heart/kidney/thyroid disease, or a tendency to sweat excessively.

• Stop use and consult a physician if you experience rash, nausea, appetite loss, or severe symptoms like muscle weakness or pain (may indicate pseudoaldosteronism or myopathy).

• Discontinue use if symptoms do not improve after about 1 month or if long-term use is needed.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.

• Use any opened packets within 2 days.

• Do not use after the expiration date.
