HOW TO USE A FACIAL ROLLER: 
Use the long oval-shaped stone for the flat planes of your face like your cheeks, forehead and chin, and the smaller, rounder stone for under-eye areas, nose and eyes. Always move your roller up and out—never downwards. Repeat each movement 4-6 times:
Step 1: Cleanse your face thoroughly to remove all traces of makeup and pat dry. Apply your favourite serum, oil or moisturiser.
Step 2: Starting with your chin, and then moving onto your cheeks and forehead, work from the center of your face, rolling gently outward and upward.
Step 3: From the base of your neck, roll outward and upward, working up to every section of your face.
You have lymph nodes at the base of the nose, outside the mouth, along the jaw, behind the ears, under the chin, and in the back of the neck, so direct the flow of fluid toward those spots.
