Extra long Prairie style dress with a ruffled neckline, puffed sleeves at the shoulders, and a ruffle along the bottom of the skirt. There is a hidden zipper up the back. There is no tag which says the materials but I am leaning more towards a cotton blend. There is no stretch at all in the material. Pattern is white polka dots on a black background. Dress is from the late 70s early 80s.
