KISS from ODEG

The ODEG (Ostdeutsche Eisenbahn GmbH) ordered a total of 16 four-part Stadler double-decker trains in 2010, which were to be used in Berlin-Brandenburg regional transport when the timetable changed in December 2012, but could not be used until March 2013.

The four carriages of the trains have different structures and have been undergoing a redesign of the internal structure since March 2020, e.g. the floors are now 80% made of recyclable material, the 2nd class seats are more comfortable and have leather-covered headrests and WiFi routers are being installed.
