This 1980s dress is by designer Carolina Herrera. I love the mod minimalist design and the unusual inverted chevron stripe. The beading is so cool - black and white arrows. It's such a flattering dress! The fabric feels like a silk blend. It is fully lined. Size 10. No flaws to note. "Carolina Herrera (b. 1939) began designing in 1981, but for many years prior to that she was known as a style-setter, especially in her native South America. She was from an affluent family and that has caused her to be grouped with other wealthy designers of the 1980s as the Socialite Designers. She designed Caroline Kennedy's wedding dress in 1986."
