USSR hand made brass and baltic amber cabochon spider brooch pin. This pin is made of baltic amber cabochon pieces which are set in and connected by brass. The insect's legs are made from twisted brass, giving extra texture and flare. It also has two brass pointed fangs. On the backside there is a bar pin dating this back tot he early 1900s. The amber is exposed on the backside as well so you can fully enjoy it's beauty.

Condition: Great vintage condition! The pin / clasp is in sturdy working condition. But locking clasps were not yet being made when this piece came into existence. So, it does not have a locking mechanism, but it will stay in place when used.
