Our namesake for this dress is Katie van Zyl , the Senior Director of Product Management at GoDaddy where she tirelessly works to empower entrepreneurs with the easiest tech tools in the world--so they can focus on the business of their business. Katie is a powerful advocate of equality in the workplace and spends countless hours mentoring managers on how to build and nurture inclusive teams. Her best career advice is this: "FAIL MORE!
