This is a marvelous example of Halston's simple, yet dramatic style. Its an easy to wear jacket, made of the softest jet black velvet (either silk or silk/rayon). Its a loose, straight fit with a wonderful 4" collar that gracefully tapers to lapels, then tapers even more to the hem. The sleeves were perfectly set to give a soft, but not slouchy line. Worn loose its gorgeous, or wrap it over and belt it for a equally lovely look (gold belt is not included). The jacket is fully lined.
