Fun 1980s Tiered Ruffle Dress by Byer Too. Bright red with multi-colored polka dots of various sizes. Pullover style, boat neck, elastic waist band, two-tiered skirt, matching tie belt. Short flutter sleeves. Blouson top. Unlined. 100% Polyester, machine washable. In great vintage condition, with no flaws that I could find. Marked vintage size 11, but the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that it would best fit a size Small. Please compare the measurements to your own to ensure proper fit.
