Worn together, this is an extreme 80s cowgirl set, wear the skirt for a dolly look, and the top with jeans for drama! The skirt is a classic cutie, with three tiers of alternating color, forming a true circle - great for dancing with or without a crinoline. The cropped top is an amazing synthesis of country and western with 80s Over The Top drama, with its padded shoulders and keyhole cut-out in back, the stand-up collar and giant lapels. There is a row of four buttons down the back that are not functional.
