Sesame Oil: Tiny seeds, with a powerful punch, sesame seeds have been used for over 3,500 years in the Mediterranean & India for their powerful healing effects. The sacred text of Ayurveda, Caraka Samhita, calls sesame oil the best of all oils. Ayurveda most certainly has a love affair with this oil & after using it, it is easy to see why!
