Does this bolt straight to factory mounting points?

Yes. This catback system uses your SI's existing hang points—no drilling, cutting, or frame modifications needed. You'll be able to support the weight with standard bolts and clamps.

Will this system fit with my current cat and mid-pipe?

This is a catback system, meaning it connects directly to your existing catalytic converter. If your cat and mid-pipe are stock or compatible aftermarket pieces, you're good. If you've heavily modified either, test-fit first.

Do I need to get it ceramic coated or painted before installation?

Stainless steel won't rust in normal conditions, so coating or paint is cosmetic only. Install it raw if you prefer bare metal, or ceramic coat it for a different look—your choice.
