Do I need to get this ceramic coated or painted before installation?

Not required. Stainless won't rust or degrade, so you can run it bare if you want. Many builders ceramic coat for heat management — that's up to your build goals. If you do coat it, let it cure fully before first heat cycle.

What gaskets or hardware do I need to complete the install?

Manifold gaskets and fastener kit aren't included — source those separately based on your engine bay setup. Check your service manual for torque specs and gasket part numbers before you start pulling bolts.

Will this work with a stock turbo or do I need an upgrade unit?

This manifold is designed as a direct replacement and works with existing turbo setups. Better flow means your existing turbo spools faster, but if you're already pushing limits, an upgraded turbo will make fuller use of the improved runner geometry.
