Late 60s or early 70s mod maxi skirt or dress! No tag, home sewn skirt is made of a stretchy nylon or polyester in the most groovy geometric Op Art print. The colors are a psychedelic Pride rainbow: yellow, orange, red, purple, blue and green. Skirt has a cased elastic waist (elastic could be pulled tighter if you want it smaller) and a very full A line shape. There are horizontal stripes at the hem. There is also a matching belt that can be tied at the waist or would make a nice hair band or scarf. Bonus: can also be worn as a strapless dress, with or without the belt to cinch it in, see photos.
