60's Epic Black Polka Dot Mesh Netted Gown

Epic couture evening gown made of black polka-dot mesh netting.  Sequined embroidered floral clusters are throughout. Lined twice; nude outer/ black inner.  Shoulder pads are not sewed in and are easy to remove, if desired.  Fastens with a back center zipper.   It does not have a label, but it is probably 60’s and possibly the famed Bob Bugnand, as it was uncovered with a handful of other dresses with Bob Bugnand labels (see our other listings).  Very chic and elegant.  So intricate.  STUNNING!
