Directions for Use:

For consumption, dissolve in milk or low-fat milk.

What You Will Need:

• 1 packet of this product

• 200mL of milk (use low-fat milk if you're concerned about calorie intake)

• A shaker (approximately 500mL capacity)
  Please note that the shaker is not included with this product.

How to Make It:

1. Pour 200mL of milk into the shaker.

2. Add 1 packet of the product to the shaker.

3. Shake well until the powder is fully dissolved.

Important: Do not use heated milk, as it may cause the contents to foam up and cause burns.

Alternative Method (Without a Shaker):

If you don’t have a shaker, use a 500mL cup and a spoon.

1. Add 1 packet of the product to the cup, and gradually add milk while stirring to make a paste.

2. Once the paste is formed, add the remaining milk and stir well.

• You can adjust the amount of milk to suit your taste.

• It is recommended to consume immediately after preparation, rather than storing it for later.
