Omega was founded by Louis Brandt in La Chaux-de-Fonds in 1848 and is responsible for some of the most notable, historically important watches ever made. As well as producing some of the most famous and reputable watches ever made for both diving, driving and flying, they also produced and still produce, some of the most beautiful and timeless dress watches in existence.

This vintage Omega dress watch is in absolutely stunning condition and boasts one of the most attractive dials we have seen recently. The waffle or honeycomb dial really adds a beautiful dimension and lots of depth to the dial. Applied gold dial furniture further lifts the dial with beautiful hours markers interspersed with Arabic numerals and also beautiful gold Dauphine hands. There is also a cross-hair seconds dial at 6 o'clock and an applied Omega signature at 12. 

The dial is encapsulated underneath Plexiglas and encased in stainless steel with rare spider leg lugs which are also in beautiful condition. A mid-size watch at 35mm, this watch does wear larger on the wrist because of the slim bezel I expect. This is simply a stunning watch, timeless by design and beautiful on the wrist, it is also running well and keeps good time.
