These mount at the factory rocker and mounting points — no drilling. Clean the mounting surface and bolt them in using the existing holes.

Can I paint these or do they ship ready to install?

They ship unpainted. If you want color-matched bezels, light scuff with 220-grit, hit them with primer, and paint to match your truck. If you're going for contrast or black, you can seal them as-is with clear coat.

What hardware do I need to secure these?

Fasteners are not included. Most installs use the OEM bolts or clips already on your truck — measure the existing holes and grab hardware to match. Standard automotive fasteners work fine here.
