Antalya Reçelcisi 7 Citrus Jam is a Mediterranean-style citrus preserve made from seven citrus fruits — bitter orange, bergamot, grapefruit, lemon, orange, mandarin, and kumquat — combined to a 65% fruit ratio. The jam is produced in Antalya by Antalya Reçelcisi (Ansu Gıda Ltd.), founded in 1989 and operating as a jam-and-preserves manufacturer since 1995, sourcing fruit from Antalya's citrus belt and surrounding southern-Turkey orchards.

Each 290g glass jar contains the seven citrus fruits at 65% of the total weight, with the remaining content made up of apple juice concentrate as a natural sweetener and lemon juice as an acidity regulator. There is no added refined sugar and no preservatives. The texture is a smooth spreadable preserve with visible citrus pulp; the colour is deep amber-orange. The flavour is tangy and aromatic — bergamot and bitter orange contribute the characteristic Mediterranean citrus bitterness, kumquat adds a candied edge, and mandarin and lemon brighten the finish.

Use the jam on toast, croissants, or simit; spoon it into plain yoghurt or labneh; pair it with cheese boards (especially aged cheddar, gruyère, and white Turkish cheeses); fold it into baking as a citrus filling for tart shells, butter cookies, or yoghurt cake. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 30 days for best flavour.
