There is no sizing tag to be found but it fits relaxed on a modern day Women’s Medium and fitted on a modern day Women’s Large.

About the designer: Victor Costa is an American fashion designer who was famous internationally in the mid-70s for mimicking high-end European styles, tailoring them to his American audiences. In 1987, the New York Times reported that, along with Christian Lacroix and Arnold Scaasi, Costa "is widely recognized... as a significant contributor to the current vogue for flamboyant, super-feminine dresses that bare the shoulders, hug the waistline and billow and swirl over the hips."
