Will this bolt directly into my van without hose modifications?

Yes. This radiator uses factory mounting points and hose connections—no adapter fittings or rerouting needed. Your existing coolant and transmission oil lines connect as-is.

Do I need to flush the system before installing the new radiator?

Yes. Flush both the coolant and transmission oil circuits before installing. Old debris or contamination can clog the new core and defeat the cooling efficiency you're paying for.

What if my current radiator hoses are cracked or brittle?

Replace them. Old hoses will fail against fresh radiator performance and can burst under pressure. New clamps at minimum; new hoses are cheap insurance on a cooling system overhaul.
