Holy 1980's desperate housewives..this piece is awesome! It was made in the 1980's in the U.S.A. by designer "S.L. Petites". The fabrication is 100% cotton and with a sassy but elegant floral pattern accented with hot pink trim and button. It has two main statement areas: the voluminous puff sleeves and the double layer peplum. It has a fitted waistline, giving a great hour glass silhouette from being between the statement sleeves and hem. It boasts a moderately deep cross over v neck and a center front that closes with a hot pink button on the outside and a clear button on the inside. The puff sleeves are ready to hold their volume all day with the help of shoulder pads. However, the shoulder pads could be removed if you preferred as they are just attached by two stitched areas and not encapsulated by lining. It has it's original "S.L. Petites" label in the neckline which reveals the sizing as "12".
