Each MoveAssist unit features a user-friendly design, equipped with a sturdy crossbar that allows users to independently pull themselves up into a standing position using their own strength.

The padded split seats easily swing out, enabling users to transition to a standing position and board the unit with ease.

Caregivers can then effortlessly flip the split seats back into place, creating a secure and comfortable seating arrangement for users to complete their transfer.

To qualify for using the Alerta MoveAssist, users should possess adequate leg and lower body strength to stand up and maintain the standing or sitting position.

If required, sufficient arm strength is needed to utilize the crossbar.

This device is particularly beneficial for individuals with walking difficulties or those at risk of falling.

However, for users who do not meet these criteria, we recommend considering a stand aid hoist as an alternative solution.

• You are entitled to return your items within 14 days of receipt but please make sure your selected products are suitable for your needs as returns may incur return shipping charges and restocking fee (unless your product arrives damaged or is faulty).
• Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims made outside of this period may not be accepted.
•  Bespoke items, mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (unless damaged or faulty).
