It is made from coconut palm sap (a liquidy, sweet fluid of the coconut plant). A cut is made on the flower of the coconut palm and the liquid is then left to be collected. It is then boiled and dehydrated. This natural sugar is brown in colour and is in granulated texture. Coconut Sugar is low in Glycemic Index and contains some traces of minerals & antioxidants. Coconut Sugar is not refined or chemically altered. These do not contain any type of artificial ingredients or synthetic materials.

The combination of Coconut Sugar with Cocoa gives it a caramel flavour, which definitely elevates the chocolate bars to a next level. Available in two varieties- 55% for the not so-dark chocolate lovers and the 70% for all the Dark Chocolate fans.
