Vintage 90s Colorblock Silk Blouse Black Cream Victoria March Chicago Designer

Pulls on overhead and has three-quarter length, fitted sleeves cut dolman style and a cowl neckline. Top section is in a dark cream or taupe silk contrasting nicely with solid black. Closes with a button at the nape and features shoulder pads that you could easily remove. Would look gorgeous tucked in with high waisted pants.
