Step up your Chevy Trail Boss and GMC AT4 1500 with this BDS 4" suspension lift kit featuring FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-overs, with clearance for up to 35" tires. It uses BDS's high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry. Up front are top-mounted strut spacers, upper control arms, high-arched 1/4" steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, HD skid plates, CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles for ESC compatibility, plus sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets and CV spacers. The rear uses a heavy duty lift block, new u-bolts, brake line brackets and NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

Notes

• Requires frame bracket modification.
• Factory 17-18" wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference; stock 20" wheels can be reinstalled.
• 17" wheels with 4.5" backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure clearance to the steering knuckle / tie rod.
• All aftermarket wheels should be test fit to ensure clearance to the brake caliper; some wheel profiles will not clear. Test fit before lifting the vehicle in stock condition.
• Front skid plate will not work with 2.7L Turbo engines.
• If equipped with a mono-leaf rear spring, use part #UBT4064.
• 2.7L Turbo models use the diesel kit for proper skid plate fitment.
