Typically yes — you'll need to access the reinforcement bar mounting points behind the bumper cover. Unbolt your OEM bumper, swap in the new bar at the factory attachment points, then reinstall the bumper. Job takes 30–45 minutes with basic hand tools.

Will this work if my bumper has sensor holes or fog light cutouts?

This is the reinforcement bar only, not the bumper skin itself. It bolts underneath regardless of what's cut into the plastic bumper cover above it. Your existing bumper's sensor or light layout won't affect installation.

Can I paint this before I install it?

You can, but it's easier to install first and touch up any fastener marks after. If you do prep it ahead, mask off all bolt holes so fasteners seat properly without paint interference.
