I couldn't have dreamed up a sweeter set. The rose embroidery is just divine (and evokes all my childhood Beauty and the Beast fantasies). Made in the 1950s, this set includes an ivory slip and sweet blooms, each of which is intricately embroidered with a rose. The slip could definitely be worn out as a skirt- the scalloped detailing at the hem makes it feel more elevated that your average underpinning. I especially love the little lace details on the bloomers. Thanks to the elastic waistband, these will fit a variety of sizes.
